Balti cooking comes from the north western
province of Baltistan which is situated closed to India's
border with Pakistan. It involves cooking in an iron woke
using a huge array of different spices which gives it's distinct
flavour and taste. It is a slow cooking process and because
of the fact that its cooked and served in the same utensil
it retains the true flavour of the dishes & therefore
its uniqueness.
"Just off Seven Dials, the first authentic Balti cuisine in
the West-end. Finest traditional recipes are combined to create
these exciting Stir-fry dishes. Tandoori, Korma, Malayan and
Curry dishes are also available."
We at Palace D' India aim to provide our
